3 Night Disney Cruise

How to convince your cheap parents to go on an expensive vacation?

My dad is SUPER cheap. but me and my 2 little sisters want to go on a Disney Dream Cruise. It's about $2,000 to go on this trip. This will take us on a 3 night 4 day Cruise To The Bahamas. My best friend is going on the cruise at the same time i want to go. My sisters are friends with her sisters. So you can see this will all work out. How do I get him to listen to me and convince him to spend a little cash? We're an above average (you may call us rich) family. Can you please write a script or tips on what to do? thanks!

Beg them every way ou can think of
tell them, write it down, call them..lol,tell ur friends to tel them,

Is Disney Cruise worth the money?

I'm interested in going on the Disney cruise but a 3 or 4 night cruise is about the same price as if I went to the Disney World for one week. From my understanding the Disney cruise is much more than your average booze cruise, so if it is more family oriented I might be ok with bringing my niece along. Thanks for the advice =)

It is ABSOLUTELY worth it. There are actually combo cruise and park packages you can buy that will give you the best of both worlds. We went on a three day cruise and then came back and had three days at the parks. Or you can do it the other way around, it's up to you.

As for the ships, I used to think Royal Caribbean had the best ships. Then I took a Disney cruise. The best way to describe it is this: The meticulous attention to detail and organization you experience at the parks is carried over to a cruise ship. The ships are newer, cleaner, and better looking than those of other lines, and there is much more to do. Our kids were mesmerized by all the activities, and adults can definitely have a good time as well. Parents or guardians can even enroll the kids in some of the rec programs and activites, and then go off and have some time for the spa, go to a movie, lay out, or whatever.
Another plus is the private Disney island in the Bahamas the ships sail to. You can spend the day at the beach, snorkel, ride bikes, go on glass bottom boats, etc. all without the hassle that you would experience at some other Caribbean ports of call.

A good first move would be to request the DVD from Disney Cruise Lines. You can go online to order it. It is free and will take just a few days to arrive. Have fun!
