A cheap all inclusive trip to the Bahamas to propose.?

I want to propose to my girlfriend in the Bahamas I am trying to find the best way to get her to the carribean to propose, what is the most inexpensive way to do this?

Much of this depends on where you live, if you live near a cruise port it may be the least expensive way for you to get to 1 of the islands, either Freeport or Nassau.
If you have to fly to get to a cruise port then it will be better to fly directly to the island.

Where is the best place to vacation in the Caribbean/Bahamas/Mexico?

I am planning a trip in mid-February for my boyfriend and I. We are in our late 20's and are looking for somewhere that is relaxing and fun but not a party place. We want some nightlife but not where people are looking to just get drunk. Ideally I am looking for an all inclusive trip with beautiful beaches, a somewhat older crowd, and fun activities ie. snorkeling, parasailing that won't kill my budget, Thanks!!

We went to Puerto Rico over the summer and it was a lot of fun. There are some smaller islands off the main island that have great snorkeling.
