Bahamas Hotel Atlantis

Do you recommend staying at Comfort Suites, Bahamas and using all of Atlantis's accommodations ?

I am planning a trip to Atlantis, and I was told that if I stay at a hotel 5 minutes away from Atlantis, Bahamas, that I could use all of Atlantis's accommodations, and it would be included. Plus, I could stay 3 days longer for $2,000 dollars less. What should I do ? I understand that the one will save me money, but is it worth it to not stay at Atlantis's Royal Towers?

Unless your staying at the High End towers like COVE or REEF, the other towers are pretty ordinary.
I'd recommend staying at Comfort Suites and reaping the benefits (also free breakfast).
The CS is closer to the waterpark and Beach than some of the Atlantis towers. You won't miss out on anything.

Stay at Atlantis Paradise Island Bahamas or at another hotel?

My family and I visited Paradise Island in the Bahamas several years ago and stayed at the Comfort Suites which is right next to Atlantis and you're allowed full access to everything at the Atlantis. We plan on returning next spring and were considering staying at Atlantis. The Atlantis rooms are more obviously more expensive. Has anyone stayed there? Is it worth it to actually stay at Atlantis (convenience, room quality, etc.) or should we save our money and book at the Comfort Suites again?

Comfort Suites would be the better choice especially if you can still get access to Atlantis. Atlantis is expensive, wouldn't you just want to save that extra money?
