Good place in Caribbean / Bahamas to Vacation with mom?

Each year my mom and I go on vacation together. She just got a passport and would like to go to the caribbean or the bahamas this year. I've been to Jamaica and loved it, but it was a couples-only resort. Anyone know of a non-couples place (preferably all-inclusive) to go with my mom?

I've been to several Resorts In The Bahamas, and my favorite is Sandals. It's not couples only, and the food is wonderful. I recommend the one in St Lucia, or on Grand Bahama Island, but it all depends on what sort of back drop you would enjoy for your vacation! Where to stay in the Bahamas: Breezes in Nassau or Riu on Paradise Island?

My boyfriend and I, both in our 20s, are trying to choose an all-inclusive resort in the Bahamas for our vacation. We have narrowed it down to Breezes in Nassau and Riu on Paradise Island. Has anyone been to either? We have read mixed reviews on both of these resorts and are confused as to which we should go with.
