could you actually loose weight in a sauna?
im trying to lose like 10 pounds.. my best friend is taking me with her to the bahamas for christmas and i wanted to lose a few pounds
You could lose water weight, as you sweat a lot in a sauna so you lose the water in your body. It can do nothing to help you lose fat. The only reason to use a sauna for weight loss is for the sake of numbers on a scale. Thats why wrestles do it, because they have to get down to a certain weight. They gain that water weight right back though after drinking water. Exercise and a healthy diet is the only way to drop pounds of fat.

Problems with my dog.?
Now it all started a few weeks ago and it's become a huge problem. Our veteterian suggested that we put our Seven year old Greyhound on a all-sausage diet to fix some of his internal body problems. We did this, and it seemed fine.
Me and my wife went to the Bahamas for our pre-Christmas vacation and we left our dog in the hands of our 21 year old son who was supposed to feed him. He didn't.
The day I came home the dog seemed different, later that eveining he ran at me viciously and literally bit MY sausage. He clamped very hard onto it and i was in enormous pain.
This has gone on for the past 4 days, when i sleep, when i get out of the shower, biting my sausage and not letting go.
Has anyone else heard of this behaviour? Fixes?
alright u never ever ever leave ur 21 year old kid with a dog u may need to keep the dog with u and yes i have seen this behavior before
