Kids Sail Free is a limited time offer by Disney Cruise Lines to Mexico 23 Jan 2011 weekly to 20 March 2011. If you are thinking of recreation, charming cities, colorful water sports, pristine beaches and playful beach towns, then think of the Mexican Riviera.

In fact, if bargain shopping is one of your favorite hobbies, then be prepared for a shopper's paradise here. Disney Cruise Line has brought an exclusive experience for you that will also contain unmatched entertainment, enchanting experiences and wonderful personal service that you will only find here. Have the "ultimate getaway".

As you board the Mexican Riviera Cruise 2011, you begin to see the fun. All needs that you can anticipate have been attended to as you can see for yourself on the ship. The adventure on the high seas begins to unfold gradually as you move from port to port. Once the ship has been docked, the pleasures of the Mexican Riviera lie at your feet.

Whether it is historic sightseeing or local shopping or sun bathing, you can have all of them right in front of you. In fact, weekend cruises are also starting from Los Angeles.

The Kids Sail Free package is valid if you have children aged 17 years or less who are traveling with two "full-fare" guests. In this case, you only have to pay the taxes for the children. Adults can start on as low as $699. Taxes have to be paid extra but don't worry; they are less than $60. In fact, this is the best deal for a one-week cruise.

Visit Exotic Places

The Kids Sail Free package starts from Baja in California peninsula, then it drops the anchor at Cabo San Lucas and the voyage ends at El Arco in Land's End. The hidden cove at the Playa Del Amor in Cabo San Lucas is a great place for kids to play and grown ups to spend some quality time together.

Golden beaches with trees lined at both sides await you at Mazatlán. The locals call this place, "Pearl of the Pacific". Mazatlán is also the ideal place where you can hunt for the beautiful local treasures in shops and open markets.

The next place you should not miss out on is the Puerto Vallarta; this is a place where you can both sightsee as well as shop. This is a famous exotic port which is known both for its arts scenery and fine dining.

Manzanillo is another place which has been put on the map by championship sports fishing. These few days will be the most fun filled days of your life aboard the Disney ship. Pre and Post Cruise hotel packages are also available according to your choice.

If you are environment conscious, then you will find it a great fact that the Disney Wonder Cruise Ship takes you on a journey where there are no oil spills on the West Coast. Your kids can enjoy the scenic beauty and yet not get overwhelmed by the pollution at sea. So what's stopping you? The Kids Sail Free package can take you on a once-in-a-lifetime-voyage like no other cruise.

Be Informed About Cruise Deals For 2011

Royal Caribbean or NCL?

My girlfriend and I have been separated for almost 4 months and she is finally coming to stay with me for a couple of months (Miami). I was planning on taking her on a cruise as a surprise but I am a student and my budget is very limited.

It has to be around the first week of May - 2011
My options are:

- Royal Caribbean 3-night $711
- Royal Caribbean 4-night $827
- Norwegian Cruise Line 4-night $742

Those are the best deals I found on inside cabins, so my question is: how much better is RC compared to NCL? Is it worth the extra $85 for basically the same trip?

BTW, I cant choose Carnival because my girlfriend is 20 years old and they have a strict age restriction about passengers under 21.

Your idea to surprise your girlfriend with a cruise is romantic, but may hit a slight snag. All cruise lines require proper U.S.government travel documentation. In your case for a cruise departing & returning from Miami...she will require at least her birth certificate AND driver's license ~or~ a current US passport. If she does not bring the required documentations with her, she will be turned away at the port. As for the ship to choose, steer clear of NCL. I have been on over 20 cruises since I was a teen and found that RCCL offers the most to do. NCL's "freestyle" dining isn't exactly free. The free dining rooms are small and can accumulate quite a wait for a meal. Most of NCL's dining options require a fee to eat and you have to reserve times in advance (who wants to do all that when on a cruise?) NCL's deck space is not laid out properly as to provide walking/sunning space. There aren't enough beach chairs available for tanning. Entertainment for young folks isn't easy to find. Plus, unless you book a balcony stateroom/suite on NCL, you're treated like steerage. RCCL has much more entertainment, better shore excursions, better pool deck areas, and even an inside stateroom is treated just as well as someone in a balcony. To me, the extra $85 is well worth it. I booked my husband's 30th birthday cruise on NCL as a surprise based on it being what I could afford and wound up spending much more onboard than I would have on RCCL.
