Disney Cruise And Stay

which is better? disney world or cruise?

my family (2 adults, 13 year old girl, and 12 year old boy) want to go on vacation in april, and i have never been to disney world, or a cruise. anyone whos done this, which do you prefer, or think is a better family vacation. also, what destination should the cruise go to, and what hotel should we stay at if we go to disney world? because there are sooo many!

thanks for your help!

Ask the kids what they want to do! Disney is FUN for all ages!
We did a cruise on our honeymoon. We went to St. Maarten and St. Thomas! It was beatiful! The cruise is fun.We went on Carnival Cruise! The boat has alot of things to do on boat and the food is GOOD! I heard that Disney world has ALL-inclusive with meals included! Ask a travel agent or look online for deals!

Check out VRBO.com(vacation rentals by private owners) They have condos and hotels at discounted priced because they are owned by private owners! You can check out any place in the world! Just click on where you want to go! I have used it for all my vacations and it is cheaper than a hotel and nicer! More homely! Check it out!

Probably Disney is better for a family vacation! The ages of your children are perfect! They will have FUN on the rides. Do MGM too.

four 20 yr olds on Disney cruise in same cabin? WDW questions!?

My boyfriend, 2 friends, and I are thinking about going to Disney World in Jan 09 or Aug 09. We are not sure if we should just do Disney World or the land/sea vacation. We are only 20 so we are not sure where we should stay. We would share a room because it would make the trip a lot less expensive. Would a "Standard Inside" cabin be big enough for the four of us? Or should we spend a little more and get a "Deluxe Ocean View" cabin (the lowest ocean view category)? We are trying to save as much as possible being that we are young and don't have much to spend. I want our trip to be a nice experience (even though i've been there already). How many days do you think our trip should be? Do you recommend the 3 nights on land/4 nights at sea or 4 nights on land/3 nights at sea? if we do 3 nights on land should we book an extra night? please help! full and complete answers will be greatly appreciated! PS- when should I start seriously planning and booking my WDW trip for 2009?

to plan ANYTHING disney plan atleast a year ahead, so START PLANNING NOW!

as for cruise, the 4 night compared to 3 night it just an extra island.

and when your on the cruise, how much time will be spending in the room? only for bed, so the interior room is fine, it will be 2 sets of bunk beds, might be a little crammed but you can make it work, and all your time on the ship will be spent outside of the room doing activities, seeing shows, looking at the ocean etc.

HAVE FUN!!!
