Disney's especially strict and gives priority to those who have been employed at a resort (WDW or WDL) b/c they are already familiar with Disney policy and procedure.

Interested in pursing a career in event management, which summer job should I take?

I am in my 3rd year of a Recreation Management degree. I am very interested in pursuing a career in special event management when I graduate (or at least gaining some real world experience to someday be able to work in that field). I have two summer job offers, one at Disney World and the other aboard a well known cruise ship. I need some suggestions on what could possibly benefit me the most and provide me with better experience for the event management world. Any advice/suggestions would be great! Thank you
