How do you change your last name on your passport ?

My daughter and her fiance would like to go to the Bahamas for their honeymoon.
They will be married in august and would like to leave on their honeymoon right after they are married.
The brochure for the resort they have chosen says they will need passports to enter the bahamas.
Since they currently have different last names would my daughter have to change her name on her passport before she goes?
Or will she have to apply for a new passport with her new last name?

There should be no problem with her going with the passport she has now. It' still all accuate and it's a valid government issused ID and it's not outdated.

Yes, you need a passport, especailly if you take a cruise. Every cruise I've been on, we needed to show our passports even before we boarded in the departure city.
