Free Cruises To Bahamas

What to pack on a cruise??

My friend and I are going on a 7 day cruise in February of 2009 from South Carolina to the Bahamas. It is a free style cruise so anything can happen. This is our first time on a cruise and well we have no idea what to bring. I know it is far away, but we also want to make sure we have a list of everything we will need or will need to buy.

thank you for your help!!

:)

well first of all pack the essentials (toothbrush, hair brush, toothpaste) things you would usually take when going on a vacation.

Listen (love) pack what you would normally pack if you are going on a summer vacation plain and simple and when you are out dinning wear something warm and soft if you have an nice evening dress with matching shoes or sandals take them with you and have your friend pack the same thing.
(sorry about the love thing)

And it's also a good thing to see your doctor before you take this trip just to get an immunization shot for your protection because you are going to a foreign country. and also to make sure that you and your friend are healthy to take the cruise.

You and your friend will have loads of fun and if the ship makes port be sure to listen to the cruise director when he or she tells you (and others) how long the ship will make anchor (meaning how long you have to look around at some of the shops) till the ship makes way (departs)

Girl you are going to have a blast. In the Bahamas you can enjoy the white or pink sand, lots of sunshine and turquoise sea. There are lots of local attractions in Nassau such as Arawak Cay where vendors are sells Bahamian food ans sometimes hold local events. You can also visit other places such as:

Straw Market - where you can find straw baskets, hats, dolls as well as t-shirts.

There are lots of other stuff to like swimming with the dolphins, going to another island on the Fast Ferry or dancing. You can also visit Atlantis to swim. dine underwater or just look or go through the aquarium. So go ahead and have fun.
