Freeport Bahamas Weather

what is the weather like in Freeport, Bahamas in late June?

my sister and I are in our early-mid fifties and have to use up
a RCI timeshare week by Sept 30, 2008. We want to go to the
bahamas, and I have been to St. Thomas US Virgin Islands.
What is the best island for snorkeling? Is there any problem
with going to the Bahamas, or Jamaica, being that they are outside of the U.S.? I am concerned about hurricane season,
and I am over weight and traveling is difficult for me. Be Nice!

Hot, humid and it's the rainy season. You also need a PASSPORT for either the Bahamas or Jamaica.

I am going to the Bahamas March 3rd and I want to know what the weather would be like.?

Im leaving fort Lauderdale March 3rd 2009 to freeport bahamas and i was wondering if you would be able to swim over there since it is still winter over here? and what the temp is usally like in March

Hi, by early March it should be hot hot hot!

Normally we experience a couple of weeks of Bahamian "winter" in January & February where the temp can dip down to the high 60s F in New Providence, the Capital. Freeport is generally a few degrees cooler than here, so do keep this in mind. However, by the end of February it is normally hot again high 70s and 80s, even in Freeport.

Be cautioned, however, that there is also the chance that it could rain the whole time you are here as we get lots of that in early March! A torrent in the morning though doesn't discount you from having clear blue skies in the afternoon as it rarely rains all day!
