you MUST subscribe to travelzoo.com. just go to the site. they have some of the best deals you could imagine. you will have luck there. or check out cheapcaribbean.com. AWESOME!
it really depends on when you are planning your vacation. if you visit the bahamas in the low season, (like when everyone goes back to school in august september, or even oct. and nov), you are more likely to find what you are looking for. but i'm sure there are awesome deals right now.
check out those sites. can't recommend highly enough =)
happy traveling!

How much money should I bring to the Bahamas?
I am traveling to the Bahamas with 3 teenagers in July. Being the only adult means I pay for everything. I have already pre-paid the hotels, transportation to and from the airport, and all of the excusirons we will be doing. I am aware of the extra hotel fees and have set aside the funds for that as well.
How much money should I bring basically for food, a few souvenirs, and any other expenses I may not have considered?
Also, does anyone know how much they charge for parasailing on Paradise Island or Cable Beach?
I agree with Tinpanalleycat and will add be prepared for two things.
The first is prices can change by the minute. A perfect example of this was my wife and I were taking in a local cultural show. Drinks and snacks were being served during the show. The group at the table next to us were getting really upset because the first guy ordered a drink and was charged $5 and the next guy ordered the same drink and was charged $6. The second guy asked the waitress "Why am I having to pay a dollar more for the same drink?" The waitress' answer was "Supply and Demand"
The second is be prepared to wait. In a restaurant in our hotel, we waited for 20 minutes before our order was taken. The restaurant was not busy at the time. As a matter of fact, another customer got up and started waving his wallet in the cashier's face saying "What does it take to get some f*****ng service around here? I have money and I have credit cards!" At which point my wife just shook her head. She grew up in Trinidad. Caribbean culture is very laid back.
