Where can i find an apartment or place to stay for the summer in Nassau Bahamas?

I want to live in nassau for the summer and i plan on getting a job there, hopefully with the atlantis resort but really whatever i can find. I need to find an apartment or really any place to stay for a reasonable price from approx. May-August.

Will warrants appear on your record when jobs do a background check?

I was just wondering, I had applied for a job and got the call today that I was hired. When she called she said "You're background check was clear which makes you hired!!"
Now I ask this because like 5 months ago, I got pulled over for running a stop sign which I dont think I did. So my court appearance was on a date during which i was in the bahamas, so i couldnt go. The court found me guilty. I called the court and they told me to pay 250.00 and i will be ok. what do this mean? i thought i would have a warrant, and i thought my license would be suspended, but i guess not. Please bare with me, I'm a little confused to what is going on.SERIOUS ANSWERS PLEASE.

If you paid your fine, then yes, you should not have any problems. All you did was contest the ticket, which is just a traffic violation. By not showing up, you forfeitted your right to contest the ticket, so you just have to pay the fine.

But if you didn't....well, then a warrant could show up for your arrest. Hope this helps ya!
