What are the laws about leaving the country with my child?

I am 23 years old and I have a 3 year old daughter. I have meet the man of my dreams and want to spend the rest of my life with him. There are 2 problems. 1 is my daughters father who is arrogant and will not allow me to even go on vacation with my daughter. i have to fight him to pay me child support and he is never round. The other problem is my new guy recieved a job offer in the Bahamas and eventually wants me to move there with him. he will be making a great amount of money and we plan on having more children. He also has a house and a car waiting for him. NO Payments!!! Help! Am I going to ever be able to leave!?

Don't leave. Don't leave, don't leave!!!! Been there done it! I no longer have custody of my daughter and I pay child support and don't see my daughter. Don't do it. ... I also know that no matter what ppl say, you are going to do what you want. But when I was your age, I was in the same situation! Gosh, I pray I could truely speak to you and tell you all I have done and gone through! You have no idea what will happen. I would of never in a million years thought I would loose her and now that I am back in the same city as her - I don't even see her! I haven't missed a beat with sending my child support - I just wish I could see her as the courts have ordered! I will pray for you and once again... Don't leave - stay here and face it! If this new guy loves you he will find something here or come back!
