Going to PI in Nassau, Bahamas- What are the best Excursions/Things to do?
The PowerBoat tour to Exuma w/snorkeling seems like fun but I heard the boat ride is very bumpy and 7 hours in the strong Bahamas sun with no shade is a bit much. Also considering the Stuart Cover Snorkeling activity- 1/3 the cost and still seems like fun.
Ideally I would really like a slower/safer boat trip to explore some of the secluded islands with some snorkeling. Are there any tours like that offered? Would love to explore some nearby Cays, Reefs, Caves and nearby islands. Any other local tips or fun things to do or advise would be appreciated.

I heard the the Flying Cloud snorkeling trip is nice and slow, laid back. It's about 4 hours for the whole day trip. Goes to Rose Island. I have read great reviews about it and heard from a friend that it was the highlight of their trip. Watch out for lion fish. They are poisonous and multiply like crazy. They don't belong in that area, they think the fish escaped florida during the hurricane that tore down the marine museum
