lesbians on a royal caribbean cruise to the bahamas?
me and my fiance and our friends will be going on a cruise to the bahamas in june. my fiance and one of our friends are butch lesbians. they are extremely worried about how they are supposed to dress during the dinners (ive heard they were pretty strict about their dress codes) and we were also wondering if there were any other gay/lesbian couples who have recently been on a royal caribbean cruise and had any problems, or not? will we be the only ones there? we just want to make sure we are going to have a good time and make sure that we are all comfortable while on our vacation.
I absolutely HATE those formal dinners in the dining hall on cruise ships because I travel light and fast with just ONE small suitcase that fits under the seat in front of me and NOT with the 5 STEAMER TRUNKS that AmeriKans all seem to think they have to travel with for a 4 day 3 night cruise.
If you plan to do the formal dinners, then you need some really nice clothes and shoes and the jewelry to go with it.. if you want to just go and have fun, then you can eat on deck or in one of the bars or restaurants or at one of the many buffets and COMPLETELY avoid the 3 FORMAL SEATINGS in the dining room. So it's a matter of do you LIVE TO EAT or EAT TO LIVE?
The ONE THING you will find impossible to do on any cruise ship is GO HUNGRY because they are always FEEDING YOU since it keeps the amateur travelers from being SEA SICK.. so if you don't see food.. just wait a few minutes and it will be there.
