I'm headed to the Bahamas and want to be able to talk on the phone as cheaply as possible. Which option is the best?:

I say buy a calling card, it cheaper.
I used calling cards when I went back to the islands and that ways cheaper. Just by the good 1's that has about 20-30 minutes and ur'e good.

Grand Bahamas Island

Atlantis, Bahamas, Paradise island?

what is best suite and resort to stay in there? I want a room with 2 king size beds, its has to be a large suite, big bathroom, big tub, bathtub and/or shower, lots of space, a nice amount of people are allowed to hold in it ect. eg. Royal tower: 2 bdrm grand suite.

Don't know of any suites that have 2 king beds. The 2 bdrm R/T suite allow up to 6 ppl.

The Harborside Condo timeshares aren't ultra chic, but they allow 6 ppl also.

You won' t find a hotel room in the bahamas that you can cram alot of people into .. There are fire laws.. (and staff will rat you out..)

Cruise Vacation?

I have the opportunity to cruise the Bahamas. This is a cruise of discovery and overnight at 4 in the front. Anyone have expirence with Discovery? Or a Bahama cruise on another cruise line?

I took a cruise that stopped in Nassau. It is with Carnival. Personally, I think three hours is sufficient Nassau. Atlantis is great, but the city is very poor and people trying to get their money. I have not been on a cruise ship of discovery, but I watched them. I'd rather have the 17 hour drive from Port Canaveral slow in Nassau, then a journey of four hours from Fort Lauderdale. I love comfort ship. I'm really there for cruise ports. I'd rather spend four days on a cruise while four days in the Bahamas.
