Can anyone go in to the Atlantis Bahamas resort to use the Beach?

has anyone gone to the Atlantis Resort who was not staying there? Is there a fee to go to the beach there? I have read many reviews about it being the only safe place on the island where locals don't bug you for money or try and robe you and I would like to know if its an option if do want to go there can we? if anyone has done so please let me know and if there is a cost. I would think there is.

Their guests wear bracelets so you can try but you might get noticed and kicked out like I did. But i was riding their lazy river so the guards caught me, I bet if you are just laying on the beach minding your own business they wouldn't come over to you.
