Wedding or honeymoon at the Atlantis Resort in Paradise Island Bahamas?
Do you feel Atlantis is a good idea for a young couple "running off" to have a wedding? Is Atlantis better for just the honeymoon? Any better ideas in the Bahamas area? Please tell me about your Bahamas Wedding or one you saw at this resort - any links to pictures are welcome and appreciated!!
Money is not the main concern...after all...It's my one and only wedding I'm saving up for! ...and yes, I plan to stay at one of the new luxury "Cove" suites.
"Rob and Amber" of the show Survivor, got married at Atlantis. Google them, there were some really cool pictures of thier sea-themed cake (covered with "pearls" and such) of course, they had a tv-show budget. I have friends who went to Atlantis just for a vacation. She said it's an amazing place, but not exactly quiet. According to her, it was barely maintained chaos all the time. If your the type who like that, I'd say go for it. If you are looking for a quiet wedding by the ocean, I would say skip it.
